Sample Contract and Conditions:

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total professional fee plus GST is due on booking to confirm the date of your event. A final invoice including the balance of fees, along with any additional expenses, will be submitted at the completion of the assignment and is payable upon receipt. A 7% discount on the fee will be given for payment of the full fee in advance of the event.

Should the client cancel or change the date of the engagement prior to thirty (30) days before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future engagement within one year. Within thirty (30) days, the deposit is not refundable or transferable. The total professional fee is due if there is a cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed event date.

Additional Charges:

Air/train travel: Business class fares will apply on trips of two hours or longer

Out of pocket travel expenses at cost: hotel, meals, taxis, parking, etc.
